Varied and challenging full body workouts by combining circuit style training, strength and conditioning principles, and equipment based sessions. Suitable for general fitness, fat loss, muscular endurance , improved cardio fitness and emergency services pre entry fitness test. These circuits are challenging with a new, demanding workout every session.
