Our aim is to make you as strong as possible using excellent technique in these lifts. Becoming efficiently strong in these lifts always result in impressive physical change. 


The freedomstrength online powerlifting programme is based around the 3 powerlifts (squat , bench press and deadlift) our aim is to make you as strong as possible using excellent technique in these lifts. Becoming efficiently strong in these lifts always result in impressive physical change. 

The programme is a customised and periodised training program that is designed to meet the individual needs of athletes and lifters

 Our training plans employ an evidence-based training approach utilizing Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) while adhering to the principles of progressive overload and specificity (SAID). Overall our aim is to pin down your response to training. The intensity, volume and frequency is adjusted each block to find what you respond best to,  whilst searching for your optimal block length. All this combined will maximise your training growth.

The programmes include specific, daily prescriptions for your main movements and specific assistance work to correct weaknesses or technical corrections as they become apparent. 

The programmes include weekly loading adjustment to ensure appropriate progress is being made, plus weekly feedback and video analysis offering coaches eye evaluation for form adjustments. This is sent via WhatsApp messenger.

Once your individualised programme is prepared it is delivered via a Google sheets link. 
Set up will require 2 x Skype call. An initial for fact finding and another to explain the workings of your new programme. 

As this is a distance coaching service its essential you have safe and workable form in the 3 powerlifts. (This will be evaluated in assesment videos before the programme starts)
