Powerlifting Technical Coaching

If you want something you have never had, you have to do something you have never done.

Freedomstrength technical coaching is 2 to 2.5 hour session looking at the squat bench press and deadlift.

The goal of the session is to teach you the principles of these lifts, how to move through the range of motion safely and how to minimise force leak.

Optimal positioning is often dependent on mobility, for this reason we cannot guarantee that your technique in these three lifts will be perfect in the 2 to 2.5 hour session.

We can guarantee that you’ll have a full understanding of the principles of optimal lifting technique, we can also guarantee that we will identify all your areas of development and advise on mobility exercise to work on.

All this combined will result in optimal lifting technique allowing you to move the most load possible in a safe and efficient manner.
